Application Process
Date Process
6/12/2023 (Monday) to 7/21/2023 (Friday) TAs should go to the NTNU Administrative Portal→Teaching Assistant for Work Study Management System—Application Portal. The Office of Academic Affairs, Center for General Education should be selected as the employer, with the application for TA to be submitted to this administrative unit. Teachers should go to NTNU Administrative Portal→Teaching Assistant for Work Study Management System—Management Portal to sign off on the student’s employment application.
The system will automatically close after timeout and no further changes will be possible.
8/11/2023 (Friday) Review results to be announced on “Teaching Assistant for Work Study Management System” page
9/1/2023 (Friday) to 12/29/2023 (Friday) Employment period is four (4) months. Time sheets are to be filled in online. Monthly salary is NT$4000.

Step 2: Faculty should log onto the NTNU Administrative Portal →Teaching Assistant for Work Study Management System—Management Portal→Sign Off (please download necessary steps below)
※ Newly appointed and reappointed part-time teachers (those without a NTNU Administrative Portal ID and password) should contact Ms. Su at 02-77491888 or ylings@ntnu.edu.tw to be given temporary login information. Teachers will be required to provide their ID number, full name, and log-in email address.
Employment Qualifications
In principle, only full-time graduate students may be hired as TAs. Under special circumstances, full-time third year (and above) undergraduates may be hired as TAs.
According to this University’s Guidelines for Handling Learning and the Labor Rights and Interests Protection of Part-time Assistants, in principle, each student may only assume one employment-based part-time assistant position at NTNU.
Review Results
Review results for the hiring of employment-based teaching assistants for the Center for General Education in the fall semester of academic year 2022 will be posted on the Teaching Assistant for Work Study Management System” page on February 10, 2023 (Friday).
